Holidays close to nature: Our Nancy's Holiday Homes Dolomites is in Rasen-Antholz, embedded in the marvellous mountain landscape between the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park and the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites. Whether summer or winter, hikers and cyclists, skiers and cross-country skiers, nature lovers and peace-seeking guests will always find the right thing for their dream holiday here.

Cosy apartemnts & chalets

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your choice of accommodation, our holiday resort offers you various options: Completely renovated apartments in the green house, original Canadian wooden houses, traditional chalets and the new chalets with private jacuzzi and infrared cabin. Depending on the type of accommodation, there is more or less space, one or two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, cosy lounges, fireplaces and terraces. Breakfast baskets and food boxes with fondue, dumplings or pastaare delivered to order, and coffee, drinks and breakfast snacks are available in the lounge.

Wellness & nature adventures

Guests from the age of 15 can experience relaxation for body and soul in our year-round heated outdoor pool with indoor access and in the Roman bath with saunas and whirlpools. You can also recharge your batteries with wonderful activities in nature – between meadow and forest, mountain and lake. In winter, the biathlon and cross-country ski centre in Antholz and the beautiful cross-country skiing trails in the Antholz Valley will delight winter sports enthusiasts. In addition, the slopes of the two skiing areas Kronplatz and 3 Zinnen Dolomites can be reached quickly. In summer, a variety of hiking and biking tours await active holidaymakers.

5/5 stars We went gravel biking in South Tyrol with friends and booked a log cabin at Nacys Holiday Homes. Our stay was outstanding from beginning to end! The service was excellent; all the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. After our rides, we were able to relax by the pool and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We were particularly impressed by the perfect facilities for cyclists: A spacious bike storage room with a workshop and washing area makes the house the ideal accommodation for biking holidays. Electric car drivers were also catered for – a charging point is available right on site. You can tell that a lot of heart and attention to detail goes into everything here. We felt completely at home and can wholeheartedly recommend Nacys Holiday Homes. We would love to come back! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! ‍️️️

Nancy's place is absolutely amazing and the perfect spot in the Dolomites. We were 3 friends staying here the night before starting our Alta Via 1 trail trek. We loved the experience so much that we actually took a special taxi at the very end of our 6 days hike just to come back for another relaxing day. The location is beautiful and incredibly peaceful. Everything is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, well designed and well equipped with everything you could need. The pool is great, and the prices are definitely fair and well worth it for the high quality you receive. Beyond the excellent facilities, the staff is so kind and welcoming. An absolute 5 star experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

We spent four nights here and Nancy's exceeded all our expectations. From the delicious and beautifully presented breakfast to the spacious room with a kitchenette, the spa, and the service, everything was excellent! It's in a quiet location, yet close to good restaurants and supermarkets. The staff also provide helpful tips for hikes, restaurants, and more. We'd love to come back!

A perfect week's holiday. From Nancy's, you can easily reach any destination, whether you're hiking, jogging, or cycling, and you can even start your adventures right from the hotel without having to drive far. Even on a rainy day, the accommodation offers plenty of options to keep you entertained. Whether it's the spa, the pool, or simply sitting at the bar chatting with Nancy, there's something for everyone. We were always given helpful advice, and Nancy and her team took wonderful care of us. A major highlight is the secure, video-monitored bike storage room with a cleaning and service area. This allows you to get your bike in perfect working order after long rides and be ready for the next day's adventure. We will definitely be back.

Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and were absolutely delighted by the hospitality, the great tips, the delicious breakfast, and the warm welcome. We were very pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back. The hotel and our apartment were incredibly cozy, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The sauna area was beautifully maintained, as was the pool area (both indoor and outdoor), perfect for relaxing with the daily changing infused water.

My fiancée and I stayed at the Cozy New Homes chalet, and I must say it was a truly special experience. The atmosphere here is truly unique: the chalet is immersed in nature and exudes a sense of peace and relaxation. At night, the setting becomes even more enchanting...the sound of the river, the burning fire, and the jacuzzi create a magical and romantic atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying moments of tranquility. The room is modern, meticulously designed, and equipped with every amenity you could desire, all while respecting the natural environment surrounding the property. Furthermore, the staff was very courteous and helpful, helping make our stay even more enjoyable. A highly recommended place for those who want to experience nature without sacrificing comfort. It will certainly be a stay we will fondly remember.

The place deserves five stars, but alas, I can't give them because I find it absolutely unacceptable to offer a service and then not deliver it! I'm referring to the restaurant service advertised on the website, which includes various Tyrolean delicacies, focaccia, spaghetti, and more. We weren't able to have it, except for one evening, a cheese fondue. They didn't even explain, but instead invited us to go to the restaurant... if you offer a service, you have to deliver it, otherwise you lose credibility!
