Holidays close to nature: Our Nancy's Holiday Homes Dolomites is in Rasen-Antholz, embedded in the marvellous mountain landscape between the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park and the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites. Whether summer or winter, hikers and cyclists, skiers and cross-country skiers, nature lovers and peace-seeking guests will always find the right thing for their dream holiday here.

Cosy apartemnts & chalets

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your choice of accommodation, our holiday resort offers you various options: Completely renovated apartments in the green house, original Canadian wooden houses, traditional chalets and the new chalets with private jacuzzi and infrared cabin. Depending on the type of accommodation, there is more or less space, one or two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, cosy lounges, fireplaces and terraces. Breakfast baskets and food boxes with fondue, dumplings or pastaare delivered to order, and coffee, drinks and breakfast snacks are available in the lounge.

Wellness & nature adventures

Guests from the age of 15 can experience relaxation for body and soul in our year-round heated outdoor pool with indoor access and in the Roman bath with saunas and whirlpools. You can also recharge your batteries with wonderful activities in nature – between meadow and forest, mountain and lake. In winter, the biathlon and cross-country ski centre in Antholz and the beautiful cross-country skiing trails in the Antholz Valley will delight winter sports enthusiasts. In addition, the slopes of the two skiing areas Kronplatz and 3 Zinnen Dolomites can be reached quickly. In summer, a variety of hiking and biking tours await active holidaymakers.

Fantastic place. I even saw squirrels playing in the woods, even in the trees. The staff was very friendly, and the little dog at the entrance was amazing.

We were only here for two nights, unfortunately, but it was simply wonderful. The location was beautiful, the entire property was designed with great attention to detail and was of very high quality. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.

We booked Nancy’s chalet for our holiday, and overall, the place was nice, very clean, cozy and comfortable. The location is also perfect for starting the Dolomites route. ️ However, we feel that the hospitality could be a little warmer and more welcoming. The kitchen appliances are quite old and could use some renewal. Also, one of the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell, possibly due to the wooden bath and toilet. One small thing that also felt a bit awkward: when we checked out, we were given a gift and told to “remember Nancy” when we opened it. We were expecting a little surprise, but it turned out to be ONE piece of cookie for five adults! Honestly, we felt it might have been better not to give the gift at all, especially for a group of five staying for five nights. It came across as a little strange rather than thoughtful. Another small detail: the clothes hangers seemed to have been collected from previous guests — you could find hangers from all kinds of different brands. It gave the feeling that they had simply been left behind rather than properly organized. The chalet itself is lovely, and the location is great, but some details and the overall hospitality could definitely be improved to make guests feel more welcome.

The Cozy New Homes are amazing! The interior, terrace, and pool area are truly a dream – not to mention the breakfast. (Incredibly good!) Our dog was also welcome. We'll definitely be back! Thanks, Nancy, and thanks for the road cycling tips! See you next time!

Highly recommended a stay at Nancy's Holiday Homes! We are a couple and stayed with our dog in a two-room apartment. It was beautiful, functional, and meticulously maintained. The spaces were truly spacious, and upon our arrival, we found everything spotlessly clean and tidy. We also had a beautiful, wow-factor pool at our disposal, as well as a gym equipped with treadmills and weights, and a space for yoga. A real highlight is undoubtedly the spa: there are two saunas, a Turkish bath, an infrared sauna, several showers, whirlpool tubs, a foot bath, and comfortable loungers for relaxing. A truly pleasant and well-organized environment. Perfect for unwinding after hiking in the mountains. The property is beautiful and meticulously designed, with design elements that make the rooms even more elegant and welcoming. The outdoor spaces are also very pleasant, with tables where you can stop for a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. We also really appreciated the fact that the property was dog-friendly, allowing us to enjoy our stay in complete tranquility and comfort. All the staff were extremely kind. A truly positive experience, which I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay in a quality property. We would definitely return!

We felt completely at home at Nancy’s Holiday Homes and can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation. We particularly appreciate the concept: existing elements weren't simply replaced with new ones, but rather charmingly combined with modern design. Functional furnishings meet natural and traditional elements such as plenty of wood and beautifully integrated wooden furniture – modern and stylish, yet warm and inviting. We had a spacious apartment overlooking the fantastic pool and wellness area, as well as the newly landscaped part of the complex. We would also like to highlight the exceptionally friendly and welcoming team, who made us feel instantly at home. Nancy’s is ideally suited for families and dog owners, and its facilities and location also offer excellent conditions for cyclists and mountain bikers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Antholz Valley and would return in a heartbeat. A clear five stars and a genuine recommendation!
