For Magdalena️ The massage with Magdalena was a wonderful experience. From the very first moment, I felt comfortable, safe, and completely cared for. Her warmhearted nature and special aura create a space where you can let go and simply enjoy. For me, Magdalena isn't just "5 stars plus," she's absolutely unique. We spent our vacation at the Erika in September because we received a voucher from the family for our wedding. We had a lovely, relaxing week. The service was AMAZING, the room was very spacious, and the food was excellent.

The Hotel Erika above Merano is simply a place to feel good! Upon arrival, you receive a warm welcome and immediately sense the special atmosphere – elegant, yet familiar and welcoming. The room was beautiful, very clean, and decorated with great attention to detail. The view over Merano and the surrounding mountains is simply breathtaking – especially at breakfast or while relaxing on the terrace. The food is a true highlight: from the rich breakfast to the afternoon snack to the gourmet dinner menu – everything is prepared to the highest standards, freshly and creatively. The wellness area also leaves nothing to be desired – several pools, dreamy relaxation areas, and saunas with mountain views. You can tell that everything has been thought of to offer guests pure relaxation. The entire team is incredibly friendly and attentive – you simply feel welcome and well looked after. In conclusion: A true gem in South Tyrol! Anyone seeking relaxation, enjoyment, nature, and warm hospitality will find their paradise at the Erika Hotel. We'll definitely be back!

Our favorite hotel. Great hotel with incredibly friendly staff. Consistently high-quality and delicious food. From the excellent breakfast buffet with served coffee to the delicious and plentiful snacks and the evening menu. Great terrace for all meals, nice bar. Very clean and beautifully designed spa area with countless options for all ages. Also a great kids' club with extremely friendly supervision. Spacious, well-sized rooms with beautiful views all the way to Merano. We'll definitely be back.

We just finished our stay at this, to say the least, amazing hotel. The friendliness is always top-notch, a no-brainer for hotels in the area, and the staff are always smiling and helpful. The wellness area and pools are wonderful, and the infusion master is incredibly friendly and skilled. The restaurant deserves more than 5 stars; we travel a lot, and this is one of the top hotels for cuisine. Besides the variety of products, the quality is superb.
