Excellent hotel in a central location with a superb reception! I had to stay one night in Brunico for work and had a number of work-related needs, and the lady at the reception (I don't remember her name) was quick and very kind in assisting me. Thank you! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take advantage of all the hotel's included services...I hope to see you again in the future! Highly recommended!

The location is great, right next to the supermarket, but there is garbage left by previous tenants in the drawers of the room. The sound insulation of the room on the first floor is a bit poor, and you can hear the music from the subwoofer across the street until late at night.

Excellent hotel in a very central location. I have no complaints about the parking management, the building, or the staff. The breakfast was excellent. They were also very precise in giving directions to the hotel and very kind in granting us a free, unsolicited upgrade to the room we booked! Unfortunately, the week went by too quickly...

The hotel is excellent, air-conditioned, and overlooks the back buildings in the center. It's about a two-minute walk from the center. The room is a decent size, and there's a refrigerator and air conditioning. The bathroom also has fan ventilation. Regarding parking, if you book at the hotel, they will contact you, or you can contact them through Booking.com, and give them the license plate number and the parking space next to them. It's an underground parking slot. When you enter the parking lot and get out of the car, you'll find an opening on the right, which is a private entrance to the hotel. If you give them your license plate number, the garage gate will open for you. However, if you continue downstairs in the parking lot, you'll enter. For paid public parking, the hotel charges 14 euros for parking per day, and also charges 3.5 euros per person per day, which is paid upon checkout.
