Very good hotel, large, beautiful room (garden-facing in the main building). Breakfast and dinner (half board) were excellent. It's a shame that there are no stairs leading from the basement wellness area to the beautiful garden with pool, so you have to walk through the hotel. Fair price with half board.

Exceptional goodwill and outstanding service My experience with the Hotel Reischach in Bruneck was characterized from the very beginning by professionalism and a remarkable degree of humanity. Although I had to cancel my non-cancellable four-night suite booking just two days before arrival due to an unexpected, painful kidney stone, the hotel showed exceptional goodwill. I would particularly like to emphasize the uncomplicated and gracious handling of my cancellation request, which resulted in a full refund of the payment already made. This kind of goodwill is not to be taken for granted these days and speaks volumes about the hotel's customer focus and integrity. Special thanks go to Mr. Maximilian, who made this solution possible. This experience has deeply impressed me. I am already looking forward to making up for my visit and enjoying the "lost" days with you. Five stars are more than deserved.

After two years, we were delighted to return to Hotel Reischach for a relaxing week in the Puster Valley! We booked a superior room, which was truly spacious and had a bathroom with a window. The balcony overlooked the hotel garden, overlooking the pool and Kronplatz. The hotel offers ample free parking and a small, well-maintained spa (nudist area) with various saunas, a hot tub, and a relaxation area. Breakfast offers a wide selection of savory and sweet foods, fresh fruit, and yogurt. As for the dinner service, everything was excellent! The menu is varied, with themed dinners throughout the week. There's a varied salad buffet to start, followed by two options (to choose from in the morning) for a first and second course, and finally dessert. Andrea's experience and professionalism, which we found again this year in the dining room, are always greatly appreciated. We will definitely return to this hotel. Congratulations to the Pircher family!

We spent a week at the Hotel Reischach and can say it was a truly special experience. The rooms are impeccably clean; I've never experienced such perfect attention to detail. The cuisine is excellent, varied, and consistently high-quality: every meal is prepared with care and flavor, from breakfast to dinner, with options that combine tradition and modernity. The Pircher family's hospitality is discreet and warm, but we'd like to extend a special thanks to Markus, who is always available and kind in providing valuable information about the area, and to Maximilian for his cycling itineraries. In the dining room, Michaela and Andrea deserve a special mention, as they always pay great attention to service and know how to make every moment at the table a true pleasure. The outdoor pool with garden is perfect for relaxing, and the indoor wellness area with saunas and whirlpool completes an ideal offering for those seeking both comfort and relaxation. The location is also strategic: quiet, yet very close to the Plan de Corones ski lifts, excellent for both summer and winter. The nearby bus stop is extremely convenient: Brunico and the train station are just a few minutes away. A hotel that combines quality, courtesy, and impeccable cleanliness: a place where you feel cared for down to the last detail and where it's natural to think about returning.

We stayed at this property in August. It was our first experience in this area and we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness, professionalism, general cleanliness, young and knowledgeable staff, the restaurant up to the task, the owners always smiling and helpful. The only flaw we found was that it lacks the sixth star to reward it.....highly recommended, together to try...
