Our wellness area of over 10,000 m² includes indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, whirlpools and beauty treatments, while children can enjoy themselves in the Bergi-Land water park, the mini-zoo or the numerous outdoor activities. The hotel also offers a wide range of children's services, such as special menus, family rooms and childcare. Adults can enjoy relaxing in the adults-only areas, while the little ones are entertained by qualified staff.

While the hotel offers activities for children, the organization of the hotel itself leaves much to be desired. It seems as if no one coordinates the staff's workload. Each waiter is left to their own devices. Guests are left to transport their own luggage to their distant rooms without any assistance.

This is our fifth time staying at the Schneeberg Hotel, and we still enjoy it very much. The hotel offers everything a family hotel needs – space for the children, a fantastic water park, and plenty of room to run around. Yes, it's true, a few more loungers in the pool area would be great. The sauna area in the adults-only section is very nice and rivals any spa hotel. Our rooms (Deluxe Family Suite + Double Room) were very modern and had everything we needed. It's true, the lunch buffet is a bit limited, but the children always enjoyed it. One request, however: the buffet should be moved back to the front of the hotel, as it's quite cramped in the back. Dinner was very good – there was always the option for the children to order something different. The meat was always perfectly cooked and delicious. Yes, there are certainly one or two things that could be improved, but over the years we've seen that improvements have always been made. Unlike last time, the outdoor area has been redesigned, a padel court has been built, and a new action arena has been opened. We will certainly be back in the coming years. Many thanks to the entire Schneeberg team.

One of the best family resorts that we have stayed at. Our daughter 2,7 years old loved it the entire day (same for us :) The resort is very well diversified for kids - there are lot's of activities, which is perfect as they switch from one thing to the next one; we played a lot with her and other kids. Both indoor and outdoor there are plenty of things to do no matter the age; we weren't bored during our 7 day stay. We even did a few hikes up to the cascade Burkhard and Stadlalm. What was nice is the system of underground tunnels, basically all buildings and facilities are interconnected through these under ground tunnels.There are three underground parkings (pity you need to pay for them when outside there are free parking spots). there are also 8 slow charges 11kW in these parkings, and 2 of them above next to P2; they aren't cheap at all, ;ore than a fast charger. Food was great can't complaint - indeed might be slightly chaotic during peak hours, but you can't do much about that. Welness and Spa is great! we liked the outdoor pool, adults only Spa and Sauna (Daniel was doing great shows during the sauna, really a pro!). The information on their website is accurate with respect to what they offer, therefore no need to repeat it here. For us, it was a correct price-offer vs what I see around.

The Schneeberg Hotel is generally a very nice place – the grounds are well-maintained, the food was good, and we found the assigned seating at breakfast and dinner very convenient. Lunchtime was a bit chaotic, as only one restaurant was open, making it quite crowded. While this is understandable, as the staff was presumably preparing for dinner, it would be desirable if the hotel could find a better solution for lunchtime – perhaps with a smaller, quieter alternative. What really disappointed us, however, was that all three of us arrived healthy, but contracted a serious illness during our stay. Several guests had coughs, fevers, or vomiting, and we also suddenly developed a fever of over 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit). We became so ill that we had to go to the hospital in Sterzing – a particularly stressful situation with a small child. Of course, we can't directly blame anyone, but the cluster of cases was clearly noticeable. We would have appreciated some kind of response or information from the hotel – perhaps a notification that many guests were ill, or additional hygiene measures. However, we can't directly blame anyone, but the number of cases was clearly noticeable. It's a shame, because the Schneeberg Hotel actually has great potential for a wonderful family holiday. Unfortunately, illness turned our stay into a very stressful experience.
