Residence STOANA

We stayed here when we visited Dolomites. We strongly recommended Stoana Residence when visiting Dolomites. It’s perfect for family as it’s very spacious, clean and safe. The host is also very kind.

We had a wonderful week at the very tastefully decorated STOANA, run by the lovely Katharina. She was always available and offered us great tips for e-bike tours and restaurants. Thank you so much, Katharina! Because the STOANA and the Ahrntal Valley were so wonderful and we felt so comfortable, we're already booking for the winter season.

Update 2025: It's simply fantastic to be back here. Simply perfect. --- Relaxation, peace, and nature. All of this paired with great apartments, impeccable service, and, as the icing on the cake, a very nice sauna and relaxation area. Of course, the garden adds to the appeal. The apartment was very well laid out: kitchen with living area, two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom and hallway. There's plenty of space for four people. The furnishings are very harmonious, with some elements echoing the house's facade. The bedrooms have a large window overlooking the valley, which was taken into account in the bed orientation. Both rooms offer ample space and storage. The master bedroom also has a safe. The kitchen-living area is also spacious and offers a large panoramic window with a balcony, inviting you to linger. However, two small comments about the room: The kitchen doesn't have an extractor hood, which may require ventilation through the balcony door when cooking. However, this is compensated for by a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a microwave. The second comment would be that the couch, while super comfortable, is a bit small for four people. Ultimately, both points hardly detract from the overall impression. As already described, the balcony is adjacent to the room. It is also quite spacious. The hallway area flows seamlessly into the living room. The bathroom is connected by a sliding door hidden in the wall. A great idea that one would also like to have in one's own home. The bathroom itself may not have a window, but is equipped with a powerful yet quiet ventilation system. The shower, with its rain and shower head, is generously designed and offers wonderful comfort. The real wood applications on the vanity and shelves, reminiscent of the facade, are particularly noteworthy. The apartment thus has all the amenities one would expect. The sauna relaxation area is strictly speaking located in the basement. This may seem a little intimidating at first, but is quickly transformed into a positive upon entering. Both the sauna and the relaxation area each have large panoramic windows with views of the valley. It's simply stunning and makes you feel like you won't want to leave. The entire ambiance is simply harmonious and cozy. In the relaxation and shower areas, where additional seating is located in the large anteroom, you are accompanied by very subtle and peaceful music. The showers themselves, two in number, are in no way inferior to those in the apartment. Again, both rain and showerheads are of the highest quality. A tea bar is also available to every guest in the sauna area. This is well-stocked and leaves little to be desired. A door from the sauna area leads to the panoramic terrace with its panoramic flower meadow. Under the roof area are two hot tubs, which significantly promote relaxation, especially in winter. There is also a Kneipp pool. These were positioned so that the hot tubs are not visible from the apartments, the sauna, or the relaxation area. The water is at a comfortable temperature and is refreshed at regular intervals, which is fun when you're sitting or lying in it. The flower meadow is a bit more visible, but it's not dramatic. Also located in the basement is the children's play area, which we don't want to and can't comment on due to the lack of children of our own. Apart from the main house is a ski and bicycle storage room. This is very spacious, however, and offers more space than guests could use. The parking spaces behind the main house are also very good. In short, highly recommended. Thank you for the wonderful weeks in this house.

Truly wonderful, the views of the mountains, the wellness area, the apartment exactly the same as in the photos! They also gave us the guest pass that included buses and museums throughout the Aurina valley, the ski slopes very close, I would return a thousand times

The view from the balcony was beautiful, the apartment was really modern, the wellness perfect after a whole day in the mountains I recommend it!

We spent the Easter holidays with our toddler and baby at the Stoana apartment. The apartment and the wellness area are very tastefully decorated and clean. We felt very comfortable. Highly recommended.

We were there during Carnival week with our child and dog. We had a wonderful holiday at the Stoana, thanks in no small part to the fantastic building, the beautiful grounds, and the wellness area. Everything was very lovingly designed. The view from all the rooms was absolutely beautiful! The beds were also perfect, allowing us to relax completely.
