Located in Tarsch, at the foot of Latsch, our hotel offers exclusive apartments in a quiet, green setting. Here, every stay becomes a unique experience thanks to the unspoilt nature that surrounds the hotel, perfect for those seeking an escape from everyday life without sacrificing comfort. A corner of peace, but also an ideal base for exploring the Vinschgau Valley, rich in history, culture and breathtaking scenery.

Cosy flats and wellness

Our residence has flats of various sizes, which can accommodate 2 to 6 people, fully furnished, with bath or shower, WC, balcony, satellite TV, telephone and safe. In the fully equipped kitchen of the flats you can prepare your favourite dishes, perhaps using local produce. For wellness enthusiasts, we offer a private sauna and free daily access to the AquaForum swimming pool in Laces.

Surroundings and popular activities

The surroundings of our residence will not leave even the most demanding and adventurous spirits unsatisfied. The Vinschgau Valley offers plenty of opportunities for hiking or biking tours and provides wonderful views of apple orchards, the vineyards of the Sonnenberg and the forests of the Nörderberg, snow-capped peaks and mountain farms. There is no shortage of opportunities to discover the local culture and take part in guided walks to discover the alpine herbs with Andrea, the hostess.

A late July/early August stay in a quiet and relaxing place, in a beautiful apartment with all the comforts. We spent eight days in complete relaxation, feeling like we were at home. My husband, Phoebe, our westy, and I thank Andrea for his kindness and availability, and we're already ready to go again . We'll be back very soon

Positive experience. Quiet location, clean and spacious apartment (the only flaw is missing a bidet, at least in the one we stayed in but that's a surmountable issue). The owner, Andrea, and her mother are kind and helpful. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for tranquility.

We stayed at Haus am Berg for 11 nights in July 2024. The apartment was well-furnished, bright, and welcoming. The balcony offered views of the valley and mountains. Mrs. Kofler is a very kind hostess with many great tips for hikes. We felt very comfortable.

Great location for mountain biking and hiking, a super-friendly hostess with great tips for the tours. Beautiful surroundings with views of the valley or the green gardens and flower meadows. Perfect internet for workation. A conveniently equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. A small supermarket in Tarsch or a larger Lidl in Latsch, open even on Sundays. We had a fantastic vacation here and will definitely be back!
