A very friendly welcome, a great view, and a large, comfortable apartment. We have no complaints.

The house and apartments are somewhat dated, but clean and well-maintained. However, if you want stable Wi-Fi in your apartment, this is the wrong place. With the apartment door open, it's available in the adjoining kitchen, but significantly weaker in the living/bedroom behind it. If you close the apartment door, the network is usually no longer detectable, meaning it's unusable. For us, however, the behavior of Mr. Augsten, the owner's son, is worse than the unavailability. He promised to take care of it twice (1. checking the access points and providing feedback, 2. installing a repeater in our kitchen), but twice, absolutely NOTHING happened. We're still on site and now assume he's just waiting it out. For us, that means: Once and never again. A real shame and no longer up-to-date; after all, it could be permanently fixed with comparatively little financial outlay. If you don't value reliable Wi-Fi and keeping promises, this is certainly the place to be. Update: The repeater has just been installed, so we now have Wi-Fi. This upgrades the rating from 2 to 3 stars. "Only" 3 stars because the problem was only resolved for our apartment.

We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful residence. It has everything you need, including a spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom, and a lovely terrace with a wonderful view. The pool and hot tub complete the experience for a truly unique stay. Thanks to the owners, who run this place so well. Congratulations! A wonderful place, and a stunning town. Highly recommended.

A beautiful and well-maintained property, with a large covered garage closed by a motorized swing door. Balconies in each apartment offer a wonderful view. An excellent option, especially since the 237 bus, which takes you quickly to Merano, passes right outside the entrance. The staff is friendly and ready to satisfy every request. The pluses are the beautiful and well-maintained pool and hot tub. Highly recommended

We had a great time. It was the perfect place to relax. The little balcony overlooking the bell tower was perfect.

The holiday apartments are clean and equipped with everything you need. We made extensive use of the indoor pool and the playroom on every vacation. We really appreciate the bread roll delivery service and the warm hospitality of the Augsten family and staff. There's a bus stop right outside the front door, so you don't necessarily have to rely on a car (there are on-site parking spaces and a charging station for electric vehicles). Haus St. Hippolyt is located not far from the Algund Waalweg (Waalweg) trail, and the chairlift towards Vellau is also nearby. We will definitely be back!

Clean accommodations. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The swimming pool is showing its age, and the sauna can unfortunately only be used by reservation. The rooms are functional but comfortably furnished.

The scents of wood and apples welcome you to this beautiful, functional, quiet, and welcoming PROPERTY. The property we stayed in had it all: a new, small but efficient kitchen, a new bathroom, and a large bedroom with an extra-large bed and comfortable pillows. A spacious wardrobe and plenty of storage space, as well as a comfortable sofa with a chaise longue and a large color TV, also feature. A small terrace with loungers, a small table, and an umbrella, perfect for dining, lunch, or breakfast overlooking the mountains. Guests have access to a wide range of included amenities, including a covered garage, a large, beautiful indoor pool, a whirlpool, a gym and children's playroom, a reading corner, an ironing area, and a romantic relaxation room with a traditional stube. A washing machine, a soft drink and bread service, and a UVA solarium are available for a fee, all at reasonable prices. The owners' courtesy, the free use of all public transportation in South Tyrol with the Guest Pass provided, the strategic location for numerous excursions, and the city bus stop right outside the entrance made our vacation in this delightful place an UNFORGETTABLE experience.
