Our family-run Residence St. Konstantin is located in Völs am Schlern, in a particularly quiet position with magnificent panoramic view of the surroundings natural landscape. Our lovingly designed apartments are the perfect accommodation for unforgettable hiking or ski holidays in the South Tyrolean Dolomites. For our guests, we offer 11 apartments of different sizes, which all offer WLAN, a balcony and comfortable furnishings.
Wellness & garden with pool
The well-kept garden offers a sunbathing lawn, a solar heated pool and a whirlpool. For even more pleasant moments, our wellness area offers a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, heated whirlpool and a Kneipp basin. Twice a week, we also offer massages. On request, you can enjoy a rich breakfast or the milk or bread service. In summer, we organize a convivial barbecue evening once a week. In a nearby restaurant, our guests are offered a 10 % discount.
Hiking & winter sports in the Dolomites
The apartments of Residence St. Konstantin are a good starting point for extensive hikes in Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park or on Seiser Alm. Many hiking tours can be started right at the doorstep. The famous natural bathing lake of Völs can be reached within a few minutes as well. During the cold season, the lake becomes an ice-skating paradise. In the surroundings, you will find countless sighs and activities for the whole family during the whole year. In winter, our ski shuttle allows you to reach Seiser Alm skiing area in the most comfortable way. Our guests will also get a discount from 5-20 % at the ski school and ski rental.
