From the Antoniusstein car park (1,521 m), take trail 105 to the Dreischuster hut (1,602 m). From here you hike to the end of the Innerfeldtal valley. Here, the ascent begins on path 11 to the Wildgrabenjoch (2,289 m), short sections are secured with wire ropes. Continue to the Gwenalpenjoch.

Descent: From the Gwenalpenjoch take trail 105 back down to the Innerfeldtal valley and back to the car park.
