Absolute tranquility

We had a truly fantastic stay at the Panorama Residence Saltauserhof! The apartments are modern, very clean, and offer breathtaking mountain views. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional dog-friendliness – our four-legged friend was welcome everywhere, even at breakfast and in the restaurant. The entire team is warm, attentive, and professional, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is simply wonderful. In short: a place to arrive, unwind, and return to!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was modern, but without air conditioning and therefore very warm, although a fan was available. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent food and breakfast with excellent service (in the main building, a 5-minute walk away).

Fantastic residence. New, totally modern, great underground parking, sauna and steam room in the building. A very well-maintained pool in the garden. The garden itself is beautiful and well-kept, with sun loungers. The apartments are superbly furnished. We received an upgrade from two to three bedrooms. We had two bathrooms, three balconies, and a whirlpool on the terrace. A dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer were all provided. However, the path to the Saltauser Hof is really steep and strenuous.

We stayed in this residence for New Year's Eve. I took a chance on Booking.com. We checked in via email and arrived at the residence by car. There is no one to welcome you here as the reception is in the hotel which is down the road. There are two residences, the lower one and the upper one. We were given a loft in the lower one; 80 square meters with a huge kitchen, living room with large TV, a beautiful bathroom with huge shower with blue lights and a bedroom also with a large TV. We were in room 702, so on the ground floor with a beautiful terrace overlooking the mountains and a house in front. This solution does not have a hydromassage tub. To use the saunas and the hot tub you have to take the small road that leads up to the upper residence, you enter from the garage with the password and access the 0th floor, walk along the corridor and at the end you will find the Finnish, bio saunas and Turkish bath. There's no real changing room, but you undress inside and leave your clothes on hangers. Saunas are, of course, naked. On the first floor, you'll find the hydromassage tub. At the end of the corridor, there's a door leading outside. From there, you'll have to go right toward the pool and to the left, you'll find the tub. I'm writing all this because it's not signposted and you can't understand anything. In fact, I called reception several times to find out; they're all very kind and attentive to providing information. I recommend putting up some signs in the corridors. Unfortunately, it's a bit inconvenient to go to the spa in the other building. One downside is the exit from the garage in the lower building. You have to take a running start because the climb is very steep and you risk hitting your bumper, like we did with a simple Golf. One positive note, at most, is the cleanliness of the premises. Kudos to you. The loft is truly beautiful and well-finished in every detail. I recommend adding some pods for the coffee machine, otherwise how would you know to buy some pods before arriving? Nespresso brand for those who will be staying there. I also recommend adding scissors to the kitchen. Overall, I don't feel like giving it the maximum number of stars; there are some things that could be improved. We had a great time anyway.

I stayed two nights and three days at this residence, in room 812, on the upper floor, and we had a great time. The building is new, equipped with every comfort, and the staff is very attentive and courteous. You access the underground garage and access the apartments via the elevator, which is very convenient. Since it was off-season, the main hotel's services were unavailable, as it apparently closes from November to March, but we'll be back to have the full experience. Our apartment was equipped with all the amenities, including a dishwasher, for which the staff provided us with tablets. Dogs are allowed for a fee, but be careful with the common areas, which are not accessible to four-legged friends. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and impeccable, and the panoramic terrace with sauna and whirlpool is excellent. A supermarket stocked with everything you need is a 5-minute drive away, and Merano is about a 15-minute drive away. We'll definitely be back because we had a great time. The apartments are equipped with everything you need... and even more! Daily cleaning is highly commendable What particularly stood out was the excellent service! Whether at the reception, the wellness area, or in the restaurant. It was 5-star service. Very well done! A word about the cuisine. The four-course dinner was varied, delicious, and also a feast for the eyes. There was always enough choice to choose from for personal favorites. The breakfast buffet also left nothing to be desired. Healthy, fresh, and regional. We loved it! And so did our dog. Despite several dogs, everything went smoothly and quietly!

Everyone is very friendly, the food is amazing, the rooms are very clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

The apartments are nice and very clean. One star deducted because the amenities weren't updated for a 7-day stay (1 dishwasher tablet, etc.). One star deducted because—contrary to the website—the gym, swimming pool, etc., are NOT available. The reception is also not staffed except between 8:00 and 12:00. These times weren't feasible for us due to ski touring (check-in, check-out, etc.). For many, this time frame is probably not a problem, but for us it was.
