This apartment hotel has everything you need for a perfect vacation. A fantastic, modern, and comfortably furnished apartment. A wellness area, outdoor pool, breakfast service, underground parking, bicycle storage, very friendly and helpful staff, and the owner is accommodating and charming. We'll be back...

Highly recommended! The three of us stayed in an apartment with two balconies, a small kitchenette, a large double bed, and a large sofa bed. The wellness area includes an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a whirlpool, and a sauna. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive, and the location is excellent – Merano is a 25-30 minute walk away, and the city center is a 7-minute drive away. Surrounded by apple orchards in the valley, the Adige River is a 10-minute walk away. Conclusion: Highly recommended. We'll be back!

If you're looking for a well-maintained apartment hotel in South Tyrol (Algund), the "Alia" is the perfect place! A very professional and friendly team will assist guests with any questions they may have about their stay. Breakfast is lovingly prepared freshly with regional ingredients. Spacious apartments with great amenities and more than enough storage space have been designed in a modern style. Our conclusion: The "Alia" represents pure "South Tyrolean enjoyment"! We were with friends 4 adults, 4 children, and Simba the dog Everything was beyond perfect, very accommodating, nothing was too much, very helpful, wonderful breakfast with very friendly service. Great location, great room, great pool... We're really looking forward to our next stay. Thank you very much

We had a large apartment with 2 bedrooms. Everything was very well-maintained, very clean, and very comfortably furnished. The kitchenette was functional. The wellness area and the garden were very nice. One minor criticism was the communication. They said the saunas would be open from 4:00 PM. If you wanted to use the sauna earlier, you had to let them know. However, you ultimately had to let them know that you wanted to use the wellness area from 4:00 PM onwards. Even though we had read it in the room information beforehand, there should have been a notice in the water massage room regarding the €10 per 15 minutes charge. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Simply a fantastic apartment. It's in a prime residential area and everything is easily accessible by bus. A bakery is right nearby. The indoor and outdoor pools are impeccably maintained.

Bye I was here for the first and last time in 2016. Back then, there were four of us, and the apartment was already great. This time we only have a small apartment but two balconies, a beautiful view of the mountains, and it's a bit away from all the hustle and bustle, but also within walking distance to Merano. Upon request, you can also bring your dog. The parking garage is easily accessible through the hotel. A BMW 5 Series can manage it quite well. An SUV shouldn't be a problem, therefore. The breakfast is sufficient, as you could theoretically feel at home in the apartment. There's even a modern shopping center and cinema nearby, within walking distance. PS: There's also a small pet shop ("Fressnapf") there.

Room with modern furnishings, but cleanliness needs to be reviewed because we found dust and cobwebs. Good location, close to the center and a few minutes from Merano. Good spa service.
