Our house is ideally located just 700 m far from the city centre and 50 m from the slopes of the skiing area Kronplatz, the biggest ski resort in South Tyrol. From our house, you can also reach the ski area of Alta Badia and the famous ski tour of Sellaronda. Passionate hikers, climbers and mountain bikers may expect numerous tours through the wonderful landscape of Nature Park Fanes-Sennes-Prags. Rental mountain bikes are offered for free. NEW: e-mountain-bikes against payment.

We spent a week in this beautiful residence, in a superior apartment with truly incredible comfort and plenty of space. The location is very central, close to bus stops that take you practically everywhere. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for cooking, and it's spacious and has plenty of counter space. The dishwasher is very useful, with tablets provided (as is dishwashing liquid). The living/dining area is also very spacious, with a large balcony with lovely loungers, but it overlooks the street, which is a bit noisy. The bathroom, with a window, is large and comfortable, with a dream shower—huge and perfect! The bedroom is spacious, with comfortable beds and a lovely private balcony overlooking the Piz de Plaies. The games room on the third floor is lovely (my son loved air hockey) and the outdoor area with very original games. The bread service is excellent, with delicious croissants. Free use of brand-new bicycles with everything you need (helmets, child seats, etc.). A spacious and very useful washing machine (for a fee) is available. The reception offers a wide range of brochures with tourist information, restaurants, itineraries, and weather forecasts. Above all, the owners are always available to answer any questions. Thanks again for everything, including the luggage storage. We had a wonderful time!

A wonderful, beautiful house with very well-maintained apartments. The owners (very friendly and helpful) offer an optional breakfast buffet. Highly recommended, as does the homemade carrot juice. We stayed in the apartment (Garden), with a view of the greenery, a cozy terrace, and appropriate garden furniture. We really liked it. All activities are within easy reach of the house, be it hiking, cycling, motorcycling, or more. All the communities and towns in the area around San Vigilio, be it San Lorenzo, Brunico, Bressanone, etc., all have their own unique flair and are worth a visit. Best regards to the hosts. Excellent apartment, it has everything and is very well maintained. We are a bit fussy about apartment furnishings, and this one was spotless. 10/10 for cleanliness. It's one of the most beautiful towns I've seen in the Dolomites. Highly recommended. We'll be back as soon as possible.

I stayed in the summer season in this property, which was cared for down to the smallest details and impeccably clean, offering a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The terrace of the apartment overlooking the mountains was a perfect place to enjoy moments of tranquility and admire the surrounding panorama. The property is equipped with a relaxation area with sauna, Turkish bath and a panoramic terrace that allows you to completely regenerate after a day outdoors, there are herbal teas and snacks of various types available to guests. The staff was kind and always available, ready to respond to every need with courtesy and professionalism. In addition, guests can use the bicycles for free. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with all the comforts and quality services.

The property itself is very well located, the apartments are well-equipped, although there's a slight lack of an oven, and the electric stove burners only work on two of the four burners, probably due to overloading. It's difficult to prepare a meal for six people. Clean. Unfortunately, I don't recommend this for groups of friends. Guests from one apartment are not allowed to stay in another, even in the evenings, between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. We didn't read their rules about this, and we had five apartments, a total of 14 adults and three children. When we wanted to celebrate a birthday at 7:30 PM and drink champagne together, the owners started threatening to call the police, even though it was quiet and there was no music. It was as if they assumed there would be some kind of party. Explaining that we wanted to stay together until 10:00 PM at the latest didn't help. Visits from outsiders are out of the question, and we had friends with children who wanted to visit us so the boys could play. This is, however, excessive.

The hotel room terrace view is amazing. The bathroom and kitchen are impeccably clean. The condition is excellent. The free sauna and relaxation room are also excellent. The ski resort is also within a 100-meter walk. This is a great value residence.
