The Obergasserhof offers 4 comfortably and cosily furnished holiday flats in a newly built house. The flats are located in a central position in Stefansdorf (municipality of St. Lorenzen), only a stone’s throw away from the lifts of the well-known skiing and hiking area Kronplatz. The garden of the Obergasserhof offers a play corner and barbecue facilities. You will find a herb bed with various fresh herbs at the farm.

Modern apartments & many services

The new holiday flats all have a south-facing balcony and are furnished for 2 to 6 guests. They are equipped with the most modern comfort and are non-smoking flats. All apartments have 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom with WC, bidet, rain shower and double washbasin, 1 living room with double sofa bed, dining area and well-equipped kitchenette, safe, underfloor heating and 2 satellite TVs. The Obergasserhof offers WLAN, a parking space in the underground garage, a ski room with ski boot dryer, a bicycle parking with charging station for e-bikes, a washing machine and a weekly change of bed linen and towels. Farm tours are available on request, pets are not allowed. Guests also receive the Welcome to the Obergasserhof in Stefansdorf!: This advantage card includes free use of regional public transport, various discounts and attractive activities of the Kron Aktiv weekly programme.

Exploring the Kronplatz holiday region

In the surroundings of the Obergasserhof there are many possibilities for active holidaymakers. In winter, the Kronplatz is a paradise for skiers and snowboarders. The cross-country ski run and the bus/ski bus stop are only 50 m away. In summer, the mountain landscape invites you to go hiking and biking. Nearby, there are a Kneipp area, an indoor pool with sauna, a golf course, tennis courts and a riding stable. The city of Bruneck with its historic centre, a castle and nice boutiques is also within easy reach.

The apartment is beautiful (clearly designed), spacious, and well-equipped, with everything you need. A plus is the large dining table, perfect for dining and playing board games. Underground parking is available for one car (there's plenty of space for a second car in the outdoor parking lot). The ski storage room is well-designed and convenient. The location is excellent, 100 meters from the ski bus stop and a 1.5-kilometer walk to the gondola lift (one ski bus stop). The only downside is the lack of temperature control in the rooms; the bedrooms were definitely too hot, over 23C (73F), which made sleeping uncomfortable even when the windows were open. It's also worth mentioning the very kind and helpful owners.

We were absolutely thrilled with our holiday in the "Waldruhe" apartment and with the Obergasserhof as a whole. The apartment offers a very cozy yet modern comfort and is exceptionally clean. We have rarely found a holiday apartment so spotless. The hosts are wonderful . We received such a warm welcome and were kept fully informed. Our requests throughout the holiday were addressed immediately, and no wish went unfulfilled. The bread delivery service is also top-notch, with delicious rolls in bags and baskets, and a great selection list. You simply send the hostess, Daniela, a quick note the evening before. The proximity to Kronplatz is perfect. There is plenty of space for drying ski equipment in the on-site ski depot. This includes a ventilated and heated drying system for boots and storage for boards and skis. The underground parking garage provides access to the house/basement and ski depot. These areas are also beautifully furnished. A washing machine is available for use at any time. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back here again ️.

It was a wonderful holiday and the accommodation was very modern and clean with very friendly hosts. Unfortunately, we didn't have an oven in our accommodation, but the family helped us out with that too!

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday in the apartment. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. Everything was perfect, especially very clean. Communication with the hostess was excellent. Parking is in an underground garage, which is definitely a bonus in winter. I can definitely recommend this accommodation.

My family of four stayed for six days in this beautiful property, meticulously cared for and tastefully furnished. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. It's a perfect example of how a hospitality business can make you feel at home. It's very conveniently located, close to the bus stop and several restaurants. The owners are incredibly kind and hospitable; they also offer a truly convenient service, allowing you to order bread and pastries and have them delivered the next morning by 7:00 a.m. Thank you, Daniela and Roman!

Such a fantastic place to stay. The hosts are warm, available at any time, and extremely accommodating. The apartment we stayed in was as clean as you'd ever find. We had a perfect stay here! Everything was spotless and sparkling clean, the bathroom was amazing, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The apartment is very spacious, we were four people and had plenty of room. The location is great for hiking trips in the Dolomites, if you dont want to be in the center of dolomites. Famous spots like Seceda and Lago di Sorapis are within about 1-1.5 hours' drive, as well as many other beautiful trails. One of the highlights was the fresh bread service, you simply order in the evening and in the morning (by 7 a.m.) the bread is waiting at your door. Such a lovely touch! Our host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We would love to come back again!!!! highly recommended! ️️️️️
