Our Apartments Residence Löfflerblick in Steinhaus in Ahrntal offer light-hearted holidays without being rushed and without fixed timetables. Here you can spend an unforgettable time full of tranquillity and comfort. Our apartments are situated only a few minutes on foot from the village centre of Steinhaus as well as from the famous hiking and skiing are Klausberg. Our guests are offered comfortable and cosy apartments for 2–7 persons. They have a kitchen living with fully equipped kitchenette, one or two separate bedrooms, one or two bathrooms and a spacious balcony. The apartments offer satellite TV, phone, WLAN, safe, microwave and much more. On request, we pamper you with fresh bread delivery service every morning.

Wellness, garden and many services

Moreover, you can regenerate in our new wellness area with steam bath, Finnish sauna, infrared relax lounge, panoramic relaxation room and much more. In the garden, you will find a heated whirlpool (available at any season), a Kneipp parcours, a traditional sauna and a sunbathing lawn. As well, the generous garden offers barbecue facilities, an outdoor kitchen including a high-quality Napoleon gas grill and a children’s playground. Inside the house, you will find a recreation room. Among our included services are, among other things, a free mountain bike rental, a lockable bike deposit, a ski room with ski shoe dryer, a car parking and lavatory.

Active mountain vacation

Thanks to the closeness to the family-friendly hiking and skiing area Klausberg, our house is a good starting point for active holidays in the South Tyrolean mountains. With Südtirol Guest Pass you are allowed to use all means of public transport in South Tyrol for free and to benefit from numerous other advantages.

My holiday with the Leiter family in mid-October 2025 was absolutely fantastic! I would like to sincerely thank you for your wonderful hospitality and the great support you provided in planning my daily activities around the apartment and throughout the Ahrntal valley. I felt completely at ease from the very first minute and thoroughly enjoyed my holiday. The apartment was larger than expected and very modernly furnished. Every morning after waking up, I first enjoyed the view from the balcony and "greeted" the snow-covered Löffler mountain. I will definitely be back. Especially since, due to the wonderful destinations and my daily activities, I haven't even had a chance to use the modern wellness area with its various facilities. See you soon, and thank you so much for the valuable time you dedicated to my visit!

Fantastic property nestled in the Aurina Valley. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and happy to recommend local excursions and activities. The spa and wellness area is excellent, very modern and fully equipped. The service that allows you to have bread and croissants delivered to your door in the morning for breakfast is very nice. Thanks again for everything, and see you next time

The apartments are beautiful, clean, and functional. The wellness center is both indoor and outdoor, and there's also a cozy BBQ area. The extra amenities are excellent, and the location is surrounded by greenery yet convenient to the bus stop and a mini market. The owner and his family are wonderful, kind, and helpful people.

Great accommodation for a family hiking holiday. The location is perfect for hiking, and the wellness area invites you to relax. A big plus is the bread roll service, which made our mornings much more enjoyable. Very friendly owners. We were completely satisfied.

This was our second time there and we felt very comfortable! The apartments are beautiful and very clean, there's a lovely wellness area, sauna, whirlpool, Kneipp pool, covered outdoor grill, sunbathing lawn, and a small playground. The bread roll service is excellent, there's a lovely lounge with drinks, and the hosts are extremely friendly and do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We've been coming to the Ahrntal Valley for over 30 years and feel very comfortable and "at home" there! We've already booked for next year! Many thanks for everything to Reinhard, Anna, and family.

A perfect week! Comfortable room, perfectly organized common areas (a group of 11 friends always managed to eat together), wonderful and relaxing wellness area. The owners were always available and kind. We'll definitely be back!

This is our fourth year here, and we've always had a wonderful time. The apartments are spacious, equipped with every comfort, and beautiful (we've changed apartments every year, and they're all excellent!). The property is in a very convenient location, just a few meters from the bus stop (with the Guest Card, you can use public transportation free of charge for the duration of your stay). The highlight is undoubtedly the wellness area, with two saunas, a Turkish bath, a relaxation area with a large window overlooking the beautiful garden, an outdoor hot tub with mountain views, a Kneipp path, and a fully equipped barbecue area for delicious grilled meats! Finally, the owner, Reinhard, is always available and extremely kind, ready to satisfy every request! Unfortunately, a week is too short; this year's stay is already over, but we hope to return! In conclusion, if you're looking for a place to stay in the Aurina Valley, you won't find a better one. Highly recommended! Sonia and family

My parents stay at the Löfflerblick every year, and I visited for the first time at the end of June. This family hotel is truly fantastic, strategically located (bus stop right across the street, free with guest pass), very clean, and lovingly furnished. The sauna area is exclusive, and there's a Kneipp path in the garden. There's a fantastic view of the Löffler and many other mountains I haven't seen yet. But I'll definitely get to know them, because I'll definitely be back. Last but not least, I'd like to mention the friendliness of Reinhard and his parents, who definitely made our vacation even more enjoyable. Thank you

I would like to point out that we are new customers and that it is our first time here. A WONDERFUL place immersed in the tranquility of the Aurina Valley. IMPECCABLE cleaning. KIND AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE staff. Beautiful and well-kept apartments equipped with every comfort. The spa and the relaxation area (both internal and external) give an extra touch to this place immersed in greenery with a garden and games for children. What else should I add... A PERFECT STAY.
