Haus Marlene is situated in a particularly peaceful and sunny spot above Kaltern, nestled amongst the estate’s vineyards, which are cultivated according to organic standards. The surroundings are characterised by meadows, wooded areas and unobstructed views of Lake Kaltern and the Dolomites. The property offers spacious outdoor areas with a garden where grapes, apples and pears grow – which you are welcome to pick – as well as various areas dedicated to relaxation.

We offer rooms with breakfast served on the beautiful terrace, as well as a range of apartments of various sizes. The apartments feature a kitchen-diner, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower/WC and a balcony or terrace with a view. Facilities include, amongst other things, a dishwasher, electric hob, coffee machine, Wi-Fi and TV, as well as bed linen and towels. Guests also have access to a children’s playground with a table tennis table.

The idyllic location near Lake Caldaro offers direct access to walks through the vineyards and to hiking and cycling trails along the South Tyrolean Wine Route. The lake is just a short walk away and offers further leisure activities such as swimming, windsurfing and sailing. Sports such as tennis and mini-golf can also be enjoyed in the surrounding area, and the lively city centre of Bolzano is just 16 km away. The area is ideal for a holiday dedicated to nature and outdoor sporting and cultural activities.
