The Apartments Andreas**** are situated in a quiet, sunny location in Reischach near Bruneck in the Pustertal Valley, close to the valley station of the cable car to Mt. Kronplatz. Surrounded by green forests and meadows, the farm is the ideal starting point for hikes, mountain bike tours and skiing days at Mt. Kronplatz, a ski area of Dolomiti Superski, all year round.

Modern apartments & all-round service

The bright, spacious flats offer plenty of room and are suitable for 2-4 people. All are equipped to a high standard with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with satellite TV, balcony or roof terrace, underfloor heating, controlled ventilation and high-speed WLAN. Other facilities include a covered garage, e-bike hire on request, bike depot and a bread roll service. Guests can use the heated ski and boot room at the gondola as well as discounts at ski hire stations Our guests also enjoy discounted access to the Cron4 indoor adventure pool with large sauna area – including steam bath, bio sauna, infusion sauna and block sauna – ideal for relaxing after an active day.

Perfect mix of active holidays & relaxation

Hiking trails, walking and mountain bike tours on Mt. Kronplatz and in the Dolomites start right on the doorstep. In winter, the ski lifts at Mt. Kronplatz can be reached in just a few minutes on the free ski bus. There is a heated ski box at the valley station and a 20% discount at the Giggeralm Rentaski ski hire centre. Cross-country skiers literally start right outside the front door on groomed trails. The town of Brunico/Bruneck with its shops and restaurants is around 3 km away, and the bus stop, bakery and playground are all nearby. In addition, the use of public transport throughout South Tyrol and numerous other benefits are included in your stay with the Kronplatz Guest Pass.

Hello, I've just stayed at the Andreas Apartment (March 2026) and I'd like to highly recommend this place. The apartment is very well-equipped with beautiful views. It's right next to Kronplatz Mountain, about 900 meters from the ski lift. The owners are very kind, friendly, and happy to help. In short, "You'll be pleased." We felt very comfortable in the apartment building. The apartment left nothing to be desired. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the kitchen was superbly equipped. The view was simply fantastic, and the large roof terrace was absolutely amazing. The hosts were very accommodating. It was nice that there was a service and that we had a ski depot at Kronplatz. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in the apartment building and can absolutely recommend it.

This is a wonderful apartment with an excellent location. It is a 15-minute walk for ski, close to the bus stop and a small convenience store. The facilities are new and the apartment is very clean. The small staircase is really fun and very popular with children. Mr. Andreas is very kind; he drove us to the train station when we left. We hated to leave this lovely little apartment and hope to come back soon.

We spent the last week of February at Andreas's apartments. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the host who provided us with all the necessary information. The apartments are well-equipped, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the beds are comfortable. The apartments have an underground garage. We were able to store our ski equipment in our own lockers at the rentaski rental point for free, and we also received wristbands for the Cron4Piscina swimming pool and sauna at a discounted price. We are very happy with our choice.

Top-quality holiday apartment with upscale amenities and underground parking in a beautiful location. Approximately 300m to the ski bus stop and a 3-minute drive to the "Krohnplatz" ski area. Very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating landlords.

Clean, beautiful, new, fragrant apartment, comfortable mattresses, perfectly equipped kitchen, always helpful owner, ski lockers right next to the lower ski lift, you will get the key from the owner and a garage that can even fit a bus - priceless, I recommend it

A beautiful, spotlessly clean, and superbly equipped holiday apartment where absolutely nothing is lacking. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and offer fantastic tips for things to do in the area. Super nice welcome. Everything was very, very clean. A great apartment with a beautiful terrace to relax on and a great view. The bread roll service was great. We'll be back.
