The museum gives you an insight into the traditional South Tyrolean culture and will be an amusement for the whole family.
In the afternoon of 21 May 2023, there will be the Ranggel tournament at 1 pm, in Dietenheim near Bruneck.
"Ranggeln" is a local kind of wrestling. Before the tournament begins the sportsmen explain the rules and the rules of the competition. The spectators have also the chance to practice some tricks under the instructions of the sportsmen. In the open-air area of the South Tyrolean Folklore Museum you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view to the town of Bruneck and watch the different farm animals which live in the museum.
