Skiing with Super Green Pass
For a safe winter season 2021/22, certain rules have to be observed in the South Tyrolean ski areas. For example, skiers from the age of 12 need a Super Green Pass from 10 January 2022.
Since 27th November, several ski areas in South Tyrol are open (e.g. Dolomiti Superski) and numerous other ski areas will open on the first weekend in December. An overview of all opening hours is available here.
Using the lifts from the age of 12 is only possible with the Super Green Pass (Covid certificate by the EU – vaccinated or recovered). The ski pass, which is available online or at the points of sale, must be activated daily with the QR code of the Super Green Pass.
The single ski areas must as well focus on the online sale of ski passes, in order to avoid gatherings of people and queues at the ski pass offices. The use of the enclosed lifts is allowed only with a FFP2 mask for kids from 6 years and adults.
The general COVID provisions also remain in force, such as keeping the minimum distance as well as mandatory masks. More information on the rules concerning Corona in South Tyrol is available here.
