Thanks to their sunny location and their submediterranean climate the three villages of Partschins, Rabland and Töll with their pleasant rural ambience constitute the ideal destination for a holiday dedicated to relaxation and recreation.

Localities in the region

Our guests are our friends. Welcome to the three villages of Partschins, Rabland and Töll. Secluded corners and idyllic lanes, historic buildings as well as inns and restaurants with a long tradition characterize the rural ambience. Thanks to the unique location at the threshold of the distinctive Vinschgau Valley, in the immediate surroundings of the Merano spa town and at the entrance to the Texel Group Nature Park we hold many trump cards for offering you a varied and exciting holiday.

As thrilling as a crime story.

What do the Via Claudia Augusta milestone and the prehistoric cup stones tell us? Mysterious theme paths allow us to gain an insight into former times. Our village is characterized by old walls, churches and farms which all have their own history. Real culture can only stay alive, if it is cultivated and explored.

The passion for collection results in plans for the most exciting museums.

Our municipality offers 4 of them. Partschins is the birthplace of Peter Mitterhofer, the inventor of the typewriter, and home to the typewriter museum. Tel awaits you with a fancy art bunker and the museum dedicated to the Austrian-Hungarian monarchy that invites you to go back in time. Our new attraction can be found in Rablà: the train world with South Tyrol in miniature.

The Partschins waterfall shapes our landscape, donates freshness day by day and is a real health maker. Water accompanies us on the famous irrigation channel paths and quiet and deep waters often are the destination of hiking and mountain tours. Nowhere else in South Tyrol can we find as many mountain lakes in the same place as in the Texel Group Nature Park.

„Hiking on 3 levels“ is the motto and special offer of our municipality. Wander through orchards and meadows in the valley floor, bike along the Adige river or take a walk on romantic irrigation channel paths. Plan an alpine pasture hike and discover high-altitude paths. Enjoy high mountain tours and conquer mountain peaks.

The Texel Group Nature Park became a protected area in 1976 and has since been a guarantee for the preservation of more than 33,000 hectare of a fascinating natural landscape. In the nature park, golden eagles, ibexes, marmots and wild plants can find freedom and protection – and hikers are delighted by incomparable impressions.

Movement and adventure at the rock, at the rope and in the water.

What about floating through the air on a tandem paragliding flight, conquering peaks by mountain bike or climbing along the roaring waterfall? Partschins awaits you with a rich offer of exciting adventures and sports: high ropes course balancing, archery in the forest park, rafting on the Adige river. Partschins, Rabland and Töll guarantee lots of action. Our alpine guides and instructors inform you about where sporty fun has no limits.

Laughter and merriment for energetic children.

The objective in view, llamas with the halter, feeling like a Nature Park ranger: archery, hiking and exploring. A holiday in Partschins is the adventurous holiday children dream of: rock climbing, rubber dinghy rides, skating and having fun at the mini golf course. What about baking pizza or dipping paper in the typewriter museum?

You’ll definitely have pleasant memories of the square concerts of Partschins’ traditional music band, the special music evenings in the castle courtyard as well as public festivals with South Tyrolean specialities. Exhibitions, readings and experience days are all testimonials of a lively cultural life. Enrich yourself with tastings of organic wines and precious liquors or an introduction to apple production.
