Schwemmalm - Ulten Valley
A typical dream hut in the skiing area of Schwemmalm in the Ulten Valley. The hut lies just below the upper station od Muteck near the Dreimandl slope on a sunny terrace. The inside is characteristically unsophisticated with a friendly service. Big solarium with southern ans eastern view as far as the Dolomites. Tasty and hearty cuisine.

Schöne Aussicht - Schnalstal Valley
Right in the middle of this skiing area at the far end of the Schnals Valley lies this more than a hundred-year-old hut, a real credit to its name (beautiful view hut). The view is glorious and the inside is romantic. You can stop in the middle of your skiing but also stay the night in a double or a family room with more beds. Brand new are the Swedish sauna and the plain air swimming pool. Health and well beeing at 2842 m asl.! The cuisine in the real South Tyrolean style is hearty and tasty and also offers Italian dishes.

Sternhütte - Rosskopf
This typical hut lies halfway between the upper station of the Rosskopf and the highest point of the Sterzing skiing area. Outside you find a lovely terrace with a beautiful view, insider twp typical and very cosy stuben with two different entrances. Coupled with this atmosphere, the cuisine will treat you to tasty traditional South Tyrol dishes.

Rossalm - Plose
The Plose is Brixen's mountain par excellence and it is well known for the "Trametsch", a long and beautiful climb up the mountain. Rossalm hut, beautifully located on the south side of the Plose, ist the most charming place for a rest. Maierl Alm is a romantic ski hut in the Obereggen ski area near Bozen 2033 m asl. Located in a sunny position, this ski hut has an old part with rustic charme as well as a more one. Maierl Alm is known for its hearty South-Tyrolean meals and its tasty Italian cooking. It also serves fish specialties.

Lorenzi hut - Kronplatz
A favourite haunt for South Tyrol enthusiasts is the Lorenzi hut. This charming ski hut is actually on the skislope itself near to the way up to the Arndt skilift towards Olang. The Steger family, who run the business, are renowned for their regional specialties, from Pressknödeln (dumplings) to treacle down to their delicious desserts such as the tradional "Kaiserschmarrn". Many ingredients in their cooking are actually home grown. The romantic atmosphere of this hut adds beautifully to the rest. It is really the ideal resting place before you leave for the valley.

Gostner Schwaige - Seiser Alm
A typical small ski hut in the idyllic Seiser Alm, directly on the ski slopes and on the cross od country tracks. You may be led to think that you can only get snacks here, let alone refined cooking. But Mr Franz Mulser, the young owner, has been trained in the famous "Tantris" restaurant in Munich and is now a state of the art chef wo specializes in the traditional South Tyrol dishes. The ideal destination also for an excursion on the sledge. Evening meals only on booking.

Club Moritzino - La Villa
Just near the mountain staion of Gran Risa cable car lies the spacious and comfortable but at 2100m asl. Inside the facility is pretty basic but it`s got a restaurant and a self service restaurant in the conservatory which mainly serves fish specialties in winter. The owner of the restaurant Mr Moritz Craffonara regularly organizes evenings; the guests reach the restaurant on a snowmobile and, after a tasty and fulfilling meal, with music and dancing, they can ski back through the valley on the slopes lit by the snowmobile.

Comici ski hut - Plan de Gralba
This wonderfully located ski hut stands at the foor of Langlkofel in the ski area between Wolkenstein and Sellapass. From the cable car station of Plan de Gralba you can reach the hut after a few bends. The hut is famous for both its Italian and South Tyrol cuisine. You can book in advance your gourmet dinner. The last ride runs at 6.30 pm. Should you wish to ski back, lighting is provided by the snow mobiles.

Sanon hut - Seiser Alm
The almost legendary reputation of the Sanon hut is made up of its splendid position, romantic environment and excellent cuisine. The Sanon hut lies at 1849 m asl on the Seiser Alm mountain. Its gourmets cuisine, something not easily found this high, serves tasty specialties such as spinach or speck dumplings or polenta with fresh mushrooms. The home made puddings, like chocolate cake or cottage cheese strudel, are unforgettable.
