The Ulten Valley is one of the most original valleys of South Tyrol. With the small ski region Schwemmalm Ulten Valley is also interesting for winter-holiday-makers.

For instance for cross country skiers. The cross country ski run in Ulten Valley trails through a romantic wood- and meadows-landscape. The run is 12-25 km long and brings skiers to the lovely villages St. Gertraud, St. Nikolaus and St. Walburg.

The" Ultental run" is medium difficult. Skating is allowed.
