Cross country skiing in Klausberg area

Arrived in St. Johann in Ahrntal you are in the middle of your wintrily dreams. Snow as far as your eyes can see, white glaciers in contrast with a deep blue ski and beside of that a familial ski resort called Klausberg and some wonderful situated cross country skiing runs.

A really recommendable valley-run starts in Luttach and brings you into the valley and to St. Jakob. The first half of the 940 m long run is very easy, the second half however demanding and sporty.

Also worth mentioning is the panorama-run in Kasern. Situated at the end of Tauferer Ahrntal Valley, the 10 km long run is leading you along the impressive glaciers of Zillertal Alps and to cozy and original mountain huts. The view is fantastic and the cross country skiing-experience all the more.
