Rasen: the Rieserferner-mountain bike tour

104 km, a difference in altitude about 4228 m, single trails and cycling paths: this mountain bike tour is one of the most challenging cycling tours in the Dolomites and in whole South Tyrol.

Starting from Rasen you will cycle around the fantastic peaks of Rieserferner-mountain-group. This tour is only recommended to really fit bikers.

The mountain bike tour

The mountain bike tour begins in Rasen and brings you to Antholz and to Staller Sattel Pass. There begins the "Rieserferner-route". Follow the signpost path and pedal to Klammljoch Pass and ride down to Rein Valley. Arrived there you have to cycle to Sand in Taufers in Tauferer Ahrntal Valley and on the cycling path to Bruneck, Percha and Olang and finally you come back to Rasen.
